Christmas Celebration 2023
This year on 23rd December, our school has organized a program to celebrate Semi Christmas. The celebration was held in our school ground. The stage was beautifully decorated with flowers, festivals, lights, and crib. Morning at 6.30am meaningful Eucharistic celebration by Rev. Fr. Kata Rajulu. All the students and Teachers were very excited and full of enthusiasm for the celebration. Students came to school wearing colourful dresses. The ceremony began with prayer at 9.30 am. After that, various programs were organized one after the other. One of which was a performance where a group of students presented a beautiful play on the theme of Christmas. After that, a student disguised as Santa Claus comes with a bag containing chocolates. Santa Claus was roaming all over the school ground giving chocolates to all the little children. All the staff have exchanged the Christmas friend gift with joyful haearts. Also, the song Jingle Bells was playing in the background. After that, a teacher gave a detailed speech on why we celebrate Christmas. After all the programs were over, Rev. Fr. Kata Rajulu came on the dais and wished everyone a very happy Christmas and also gave a short motivational speech.
This was the best way to end the year and welcome another year with outstretched arms. The children carried home the message of sharing and caring as well as the pleasure and pride of spreading peace, true to the spirit of the celebration.
School Picnic Trip on 02.12.2023
The most awaited day of the year was the school picnic to MOUNT OPERA, Hyderabad.The school picnic was for the students of 2nd class to 10th class.
MOUNT OPERA, is the Biggest Amusement Park, all in one fabulous location. Located at a distance of approximately 38 kms from the main city, Mount Opera Theme park is one of the popular tourist places of Hyderabad offering loads of entertainment and fun to each and everyone.
Mount opera give an experience of being surrounded by greenery and the beauty of nature. We started at 9.30 am in the morning with prayer and a feeling of a great day ahead. The students were extremely excited and kept singing songs in the bus till they reached the venue.
We were welcomed by their staff, and students were amazed to see the statue of a Dinosaur and the adventure equipment. Two rooms were provided to freshen up and keep the belongings. Students were excited and shook their legs to the thumping dance numbers which were played near the pool. They even created a few crazy steps and the teachers too joined the fun.
The next place visited was the green grass lawn where the students played a few games like “Blind Fold” and “Passing the buck” .Every child was given an opportunity to participate and enjoy themselves. The most enjoyable time was in the play area with swings, slides, merry-go-round, see saw, and spring animals. After a tiring and fun packed morning we all headed for lunch where we all relished different items of food followed by an ice cream. After the lunch students and the staff was happy to play in the water games. Here the students enjoyed well.
All the students expressed a desire to revisit the place again. Indeed it was a great day for all the students and teachers, as it strengthened the bond between the students and their teachers. It was a sound and safe return trip.
Children’s Day celebration at Divya Bala School
Children’s Day is to celebrate “Childhood”. Children are loved by one and all. They win our hearts with their innocent smiles. On November 14th has been celebrated as “Children’s Day” in India. India’s first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was born on 14th November as he likes the children, this day is being celebrated as children’s day. It is not just a day to let the future generation have its say. It is a day to remember a leader who, in his quiet but determined way laid the foundation to convert a blossoming nation into a world power. Teacher’s took this unique opportunity to give a brief insight into the life of Chacha Nehru and his special connection towards children. To make this day a memorable and a fun filled one, children were taken out of their class rooms to the ground in our own school campus. Children were given a beautiful cultural programme with different kinds of dances and skit. It was an unstoppable day and the children utilized this liberty and played to their heart’s content. Children relished with banana and ‘children’s day’ at school hence came to a pleasant conclusion. Overall, the programme went on well. Students went home with happy hearts.
Dussehra celebration at Divya Bala Vidyalaya
Dussehra is a big festival celebrated by the people of the Hindu religion and is considered one of the big festivals. Throughout the country, people celebrate Dussehra with great enthusiasm and dedication. Everyone eagerly waits for this festival. In some regions of India, Dussehra is also known as Vijayadashmi. This festival has one teaching, or we can say that this festival is all about the ‘victory of good over evil’. This festival has its importance and signifies the victory of the power of good over the power of evil. The primary outcome of this festival is every time truth wins over lies, good wins over evil, and light win over dark. Therefore, people’s beliefs on this festival may differ, but they celebrate it with the same essence throughout the country.
The festival involves young women arranging flowers in stacks and making rangoli to start the celebrations. The rituals of this festival are performed by Hindu women, especially young girls, who gather around in large numbers in their local areas during the evening. They then form a circle and perform the ritual, which involves them singing a folk song and revolving around the Bathukamma while clapping their hands and walking in synchronized steps. This entire performance invokes the goddess’s blessings for good health and prosperity for their families.
On 12.10.20233 is the great day for our Divya Bala Vidyalayam. All the staff and students were celebrated with immense joy the festival of Dussehra by playing the Bathukamma. Here you can see how the staff and children enjoying in dancing with colourful dresses.
National Awards Presentation
We the management of Divya Bala Vidyalayam is happy and proud to participate in 4th National Awards Presentation fest which held on 17th Sept 2023 at AVADHANA SARASWATHI PEETHAM, HITEC CITY HYDERABAD. This programme was conducted by SEMS OLYMPIAD FOUNDATION in the State level. From different schools many children have come to participate. This programme was conducted in order to inspire and encourage the students to have competitive spirit and to make use of their talents. Our student VANDAN RAVINDAR from class 7th got 9th State Rank among 400 children participants. Her mother was honourd with shawl and for Vandan Ravindar was given a certificate and cash award. We are proud to have such talented students in our school.
Teacher`s day celebration
Like every year, this year also in our school our students celebrated Teachers Day on September 5th with commitment and zeal. The event was organized to acknowledge the dedication and hard work of the teachers.
It was held in the school ground, beautifully decorated the stage with flowers, balloons, and festoons. The event commenced at 9.30 a.m. In the morning the self government programme, that is 10th class students an acted like President of the school, Correspondent, principal, teachers and local government leaders. After the lunch we have started the cultural programme with the lighting of the lamp and garlanding of the portrait of the great educationist & philosopher Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. The Principal gave a speech on Dr. Radhakrishnan and the role of teachers in shaping the society. The committee president Rev. Fr. Kata Rajulu congratulated the teachers and motivated the students to become a good person and a good teacher.
Students expressed their gratitude, regard, and respect towards their teachers on that day. They presented various cultural activities like speeches, dances, and songs to express their feelings. The activities of the students were appreciated by all the teachers. The event was concluded with a formal vote of thanks.
Divya Bala Vidyalayam High School 77th independence day celebration
The 77th Independence day was celebrated in our school on 15th August 2023 with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. The school campus was beautifully decorated with flags, balloons and flowers. The chief guest of the programme was Rev. Fr.Kata Rajulu. He hoisted the flag in the presence of Teachers and students. Fr. Kata Rajulu in his solemn speech he expressed the greatness of Indian constitution. After that cultural programmes were given by the students. Here we could see the talents of the students. The programme was excellent. After the programme children were given the Chocolates and Bananas.
On this special day our school was privileged that some of our students went to the District collectrate office to perform a dance in the presence of all the district leaders. Along with our students three more school students also have come and preformed a dance. It was very grand celebration of 77th Independences. The chief guest of the day was one of the MLA of Aler niyogaka vargam. She hosted the flag and she gave a speech. After that cultural programme was started. All the students were performed well. The students were appreciated well and given them a memento. This is the first time happened in the district collectrate office. At end of the programme all the participants were give some sweets.

Divya Bala Vidyalayam High School Celebrated Self Government and Farewell day of 10th Students
The celebrations of “ Self – Government “ and “Farewell – Day” was held on 29.03.2023 at Divya Bala Vidyalayam High School. The celebration was presided over by the founder of the School Respt. Rev. Fr. Kata Rajulu Garu. Good Morning to each one present here and a very warm welcome to you to the school farewell party. On this Occasion the school father praised and appreciated the unique talents of the students of 10th class. He also said that the students are the heartbeat of the school.
The institution has given you the best academics, provided you with the necessary tools to improve your skills and elevated ethics and values in you besides leading you in the path of spirituality. Hope you will use your life skills efficiently and effectively on stepping into a new competitive world which is full of opportunities. Now you are the intellectual potential and you are capable of achieving your life ambitions by exercising will power and efforts.
However, my dear students never ever forget the proverb ‘man proposes but god disposes’. Remember that man strives hard to achieve his goals by putting forth all his efforts, but there is a limit for the abilities of man.
Remember that there is a supernatural power / God that determines the destiny of man.

Thank you dear students for being an important part of this institution. Life is a fabulous journey full of expectations, joys, and fantasies and of course few sad moments. You are with this school for a long period and now you stand at the threshold. Enter into a completely new world with enthusiasm and new hopes. Have an ambition in life and keep dreaming till you fulfill your dream.
On the celebration of self government day the students played and acted in different roles. They are as follows Education Minister, MLA, Collector, Deputy collector, D.E.O, M.E.O, as Fr. Kata Rajulu, Correspondent, Principal and different subject teachers. This celebration was organized by the teaching staff and the management of the school. We the management and staff wish your dreams come true. May God shower his blessing on you abundantly! Wish you all the very best for the forthcoming board exams and also wish you all a successful life.
10th Students experience in the school:
We all of us are happy to be a student of this institution. Though we have joined in the school in different classes but at the end of 10th class we all are like one family of Divya Bala Vidyalayam High school.
Our school gave us precious memories that are truly priceless. The day when we first walked into the school premises is still fresh and new in our mind. Furthermore, at that time life felt so difficult and hard. we will miss those little moments of fun- whether it be playing in the playground, or chatting in the corridors.
Dear teachers, what we are today are because of you. The knowledge that you imparted to us is one of the most valuable things in our lives. This knowledge that you gave us will be our weapon for the life ahead. Respected teachers, you occupy a very high status in the life of every student. Thank you for teaching us subjects with real-life examples. You will always be in our memories even after we leave. We will miss you. Thank you for being a guide and a friend.
10th Students experience in the Hostel:
We the hostel students are happy to tell you that hostel is like second home for us. Because we are given lot of freedom to feel like home. Rev. Fr.Kata Rajulu is very simple and understanding person. He is like father providing everything that we need. He always enquires about our facilities in the hostel. Here the food and accommodation is well arranged. We have good time table to follow daily. We are happy that Fr. Kata Rajulu is with us because we are having daily morning Holy mass and evening Rosary through which we the catholic children are having spiritual food for our body and faith Our Lord Jesus Christ.
We are happy to have our warden teacher Mrs. Sleeva Mary. She is like mother caring and loving. Whenever we are sick she takes us to a doctor and gives us good medicine. Here we are given good food and seasonal fruits like Papaya, Goa and Mangos. Realy we feel sad and we are going to miss a lot Divya Bala Hostel. We are ever grateful to this institution.
Enthusiasm and Energy United on Annual Sports Day
If there is on field of life which teaches us the most valuable lessons about perseverance, patience in fact what constitutes a perfect character, it is sports.
Sports is the celebration of the human spirit and youth, it not only inspires young minds but also teaches good values and ethics to young students. This year Divya Bala High School has started the annual sports day on 18th January 2023 at 9.30 am in our school ground. The school organized a number of competitions for the annual sports day like 100m, 200m, 400m and baby marathon running. Javelin throw, relay, kho-kho, Kabadi, volleyball etc. competition were organized too, participation from all classes was very good. All the children were participated with a lot of excitement. A number of students performed very well and won multiple prizes. As chief guests we have invited Rev. Fr. Arogyam Parish Priest of St.Mary’s basilica, Secunderabad. After all the games were over, we had a double celebrations 41 years of Priestly life of Rev. Fr. Kata Rajulu along with his friends and a prize distribution ceremony on 19th January 2023 in which all the members of the match-winning team were given prizes at the hands of our chief guests. And in the end, our chief guest also gave a motivational speech, in which he advised everyone to participate in the field of sports and also told many benefits of doing sports activities.
