Independence Day Celebration
We celebrate Independence Day as the national festival of India. The Day marks the anniversary of national independence from the British Empire on 15th August 1947. Its 78th Independence Day know all about the theme, history, significance, and celebrations. This year, the nation will mark its Independence Day or Swatantrata Diwas on Thursday. Learn about this year’s theme and Independence Day history, significance, and celebrations as we celebrate the day.
Flag hoisting:
This was one of the main attractions of school Independence Day celebrations. The flag was prepared with flowers inside and tied to the post. A picture of a freedom fighter Mahatma Gandhi is placed below the flag. Honoured him with garland and followed by the flag hoisting done by Rev. Fr. Kata Rajulu followed by singing the national anthem. March fast was done by our students.
Singing songs, dance performances:
The cultural programme is started by singing songs related to the freedom struggle and the valour of the freedom fighters were sung by the students. Dance performances were also prepared. Independence Day is the day to remember the struggles of the countrymen who shed their blood to give us the freedom.
Independence Day celebration in our school for children is very significant for them to develop an understanding of India’s freedom struggle, the sacrifices made by freedom fighters and the importance of upholding democratic values. It instils in them a feeling of patriotism, solidarity and fraternity. The programme came to and end by distributing the snacks for the students.
Vanamahotsavam Celebreation
Vanamahotsavam is a Pan-India tree planting festival is celebrated in July every year. This stands as a poignant reminder of our symbiotic relationship with nature. On this auspicious day, the Vanamahotsavam celebrations were held at Govt.Junior college, Bhongir, yadadri Dist. The Bhongir MLA Kumbam Anil Kumar Reddy Garu, Assistant collector Gangadhar Garu, the councellors and Local leaders have been attended the program. Many schools have come forward to participate in this program. Divyabala Vidyalayam students also participated in this program. In order to inspire and to love the nature ‘going green’ video was displayed for the students. Many students along with the Chief Guests planted the trees and they kept the surroundings clean and green. The program came to an end by taking the worth by the students that they safeguard the earth to move into bright green dream future that we deserve.
SEMS Olympiad
SEMS National level olympiad is an initiative of SEMS Foundation with aim to inculcate academic excellence and competitive spirit in Students through National level Talent tests in multiple disciplines.
Good Education is necessary for an all-round development of a student. It enables the students to achieve academic, social, mental and economic growth. Dream of every parent is to provide such education to their children. Congratulations to the parents playing a major role in fulfilling the dreams of their children by laying a strong foundation in their holistic approach to acquire knowledge.
SEMS Olympiad exam was conducted in all over the state of Telangan school on 11.02.2024. We are happy that one of our school student Shanvi studying 4th class got state 5th Rank. She received certificate and a memento in Ravindra Bhart at Hyderabad on 03.07.2024.
International Yoga Day celebration at Divya Bala High School
Introduction: Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and sense of healthy living. The word ‘Yoga’ is derived from the Sanskrit root ‘Yuj’, meaning ‘to join’ or ‘to yoke’ or ‘to unite’
International Yoga Day 2024: International Yoga Day is celebrated on June 21st annually as a global celebration of well-being. This worldwide movement recognises the ancient Indian art of yoga and its significant effects on our mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, cutting across cultural and geographic barriers. This international yoga day is celebrated in our Divya Bala School. Our school students are happy to do the yoga exercises for growth of the physical and mental.
The academic performance of the students at Divya Bala High School
The academic performance involves the student’s factors such as the intellectual level, personality, motivation, skills, interests, study habits, self-esteem or the teacher-student relationship. School performance is an issue that deeply concerns students, parents, teachers and authorities. Achieving success in any field requires dedication, hard work, and intelligent strategies.
We the management and the staff are happy that our school students are making effort to get good academic performance in their exams. Today Rev. Fr. Kata Rajulu has distributed the Progress Report Cards of all those who got 1st and 2nd rank in the school. Fr. Kata Rajulu said in his words to the students “Education is a very powerful weapon. It will brighten your future and make the world a better place. Use it right, and you will be successful”.
National Science Day celebration at Divya Bala High School
National Science Day is celebrated every year on February 28 to commemorate the discovery of the ‘Raman Effect’ and raise awareness about the importance of science and its role in improving the lives of people. The National Science Day also acknowledges the efforts of the scientific community who work in exploring more and more ways by which science can be implemented to make our lives simpler and easier.The impact of Indian scientific breakthroughs is significantly enhancing the ‘Ease of Living’ for the common man, which has been proved by developing indigenous COVID-19 vaccines during the pandemic.
On this special day our school has celebrated. We started with the blessings of God. We have honoured the Indian Physicist Sir Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman (C V Raman) photo with garland. All the science teachers were invited to the stage and honoured them. Science teacher Mr. Prabhakar has spoken about this vocation and told the students to accept and respect the scientific changes that taking both domestically and internationally, to collaborate, work together, and contribute to the well-being of India and humanity as a whole. As remembers of this day our founder Rev. Fr. Kata Rajulu planted a plant in the school campus. On this occasion it reminds us all the way science has contributed towards our lives.
Divya Bala Vidyalayam High School Celebrated Farewell day of 10th Students 2023 Batch
Our school organised a farewell on Friday, 23rd Feb.2024 at the school ground. The occasion was graced by the presence of Rev. Fr. Kata Rajulu. The function began with a motivating speech by the principal of the school. Different cultural programmes are arranged like wise, dances, Skits and plays were organised by teachers and junior students for the outgoing batch. The event ended with the best wishes by Rev. Fr. Kata Rajulu, may your journey ahead be filled with success and happiness. Wishing you the best of luck as you move on to new challenges. Believe in your abilities and trust in yourself. Farewell, and keep achieving greatness in the future.

Saying goodbye to everyone is not easy and it’s not taught to us by anyone. Every journey has a beginning and an end, it’s time to say goodbye to our school life. We are going to miss every one of you that includes all our friends and teachers. This farewell is not the end of all the bonds we created over the years but it’s a goodbye to our campus life. Let us all be optimistic about the future and always be ready to face whatever life throws at us. We really sad to leave this campus and finish this chapter of our life but we are also very much eager to see what the future holds. Life gets easier when you have friends and loved ones with you even when difficulties are surrounding you. We want to thank all our sponsors, teachers, and the non-teaching staff for helping us throughout these years. Let us promise that we will be in touch no matter what and remember that this farewell is a goodbye to our school days and can never be for our friendship.
Dear teachers, you have played a great role in the life of every one of us. The knowledge that you imparted to us is one of the most valuable things in our lives. This knowledge will be our weapon to go a ahead in the future. Thank you for teaching us subjects with real-life examples. You will always be in our memories even after we leave. We will miss you. Thank you for being a guide and a friend. At the end they have expressed their gratitude and heartfelt thanks for all the sponsors who supported them in financially for their studies.
Program was concluded with vote of thanks by correspondent Sir K. Chinnappa and was followed by lunch.
Republic Day Celebration
On January 26, Divya Bala High School celebrated the Republic Day of India with great pride and enthusiasm.The programm started at 8:30 a.m. with the Indian national flag hoisted by our Rev. Fr. Kata Rajulu, followed by the national anthem.
Students and teachers pay tribute to our beloved freedom fighters by showering flowers on their portraits. Our Principal delivered a speech, signifying the importance of this day and the sacrifice of our freedom fighters.
Later on, a cultural programms began. All those who won in the sports were given a shield by Rev. Fr. Kata Rajulu, K. Chinnappa our school correspondent and principal Sir Hari Krishna. All the children were happy to receive a shield on this special day. Our school children have performed a beautiful programm with different patriotic songs. The programm came to an end with the distribution of sweets to the children.
Annual Sports Day

Divya Bala school has hosted the much awaited Annual Sports day on 23rd and 24th of January 2024 on the sprawling grounds of the school. The morning was filled with great zeal, excitement and frolicsome atmosphere. The Annual Sports day was held for grades Nursery to 10th.
The event began with the kids, teachers conducted different games and some interesting fun races. From class 1st to 10th they tested their strength in various events such as the 100 and 200 meters running race, shot put, Kho Kho, valiball and Kabhdi.
The event continuously laid the emphasis of sports in a child’s life and physical and mental development. It was a days filled with sportsmanship, enthusiasm and memories to cherish.
